i just dont think many people these days appreciate life, to me its a gift that shouldnt be pissed away......im shocked at the many suicides there are and for the reasons they are done, i have lost a friend from high school that comitted suicide by jumping off a bridge due to a "girl"... i dont get it...it saddens me to see something like this happen to some one so young or ne one at all...who knows his life could have gotten better if he gave it a chance?

Selfishness and stupidity. Cold, yes. But it's the truth.

I think it reflects on society. I'm not blaming everyone for suicides I just think it's sad that people are pushed so over the edge they take their own life :'(

I think it probably has...I mean, the only time a life has value now-a-days is when someone's paying someone to take someone's

No, I think the value of one's life has in fact gone up. How many people in the world today are depressed and/or suicidal? If you're THAT self centered as to be able to bitch that much about your life, then it must be worth quite a bit I figure.

the value of life has definitely gone up dramatically, like if a guy is gonna jump off and bridge and sits there for hours, and all the 100 people sitting in their cars, frigin pissed at him, eventually they will start throwing stuff and chanting jump...

life is a treasure that we must all find. the wind is our desire, the compass is our focus; the stars are our elders; the love is our resolve; and the map is our heart. to find the treasure of life, we need to accept that finding it takes a long time..
